  • ADVANCEMENT ASSOCIATE (PART-TIME)

    The Indian Mountain School seeks a part-time Advancement Associate who will be responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of all Parent Association (PA) programs. S/he will serve as the liaison to the PA, and will manage all cultivation and stewardship events for IMS constituent groups. S/he will manage all aspects of our donor database Raisers Edge and serves as liaison with the Business Office.  
     
    The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years experience in the advancement field, and extensive experience with Raiser’s Edge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, alumni and other constituents is necessary as well as ability to travel, and work evenings and weekends. A bachelor’s degree is required.  This is a part-time, 20 hours a week position.

  • DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

    Indian Mountain School is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time position as Director of Communications. The Director of Communications is responsible for providing strategic leadership in all of the school’s communication, including institutional branding, public relations, advertising, promotion of school events, and print and online communications.
     
    The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 – 7 years of related experience in communications, marketing, and/or public relations; excellent written/oral communication skills; exceptional editing skills and attention to detail essential; knowledge and/or experience in Blackbaud “On” products (or other CMS/LMS), Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive; experience in all social media platforms and website management, ability to demonstrate initiative and provide leadership working as part of a small, dynamic team and familiarity with independent school culture or work within an educational setting preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required.

  • PER DIEM RN NURSES

    Indian Mountain School is seeking interested RN nurses who would be available for per diem work during day-time hours Monday-Saturday for the school year. Per diem nurses would be called to fill in on an "as needed basis" due to absences on the nursing staff.
     
    Ideal candidates should possess strong patient care assessment, critical thinking, communication and computer skills and function as a team member. A CT Licensure is required. School health experience optimal, but not essential.
