  • DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL LIFE

    Indian Mountain School is seeking qualified candidates for an opening as Director of Residential Life. The Director of Residential Life works to support residential students and faculty in the development of a strong sense of community well-being and in the maintenance of a positive campus environment for all residents. The Director of Residential Life also manages student residential programming as well as student and faculty residential schedules, creates and implements the residential curriculum, plans weekend activities, and facilitates and organizes student travel. In addition to these administrative responsibilities, the ideal candidate will coach multiple seasons and teach multiple sections within the academic curriculum based on experience and interest. Candidates should have a strong interest in living on-campus in school provided housing.

  • SPANISH LANGUAGE INSTRUCTOR

    Indian Mountain School is seeking qualified candidates for an opening as a Spanish Language Instructor. This position is responsible for language instruction spanning the Middle School (grades 5 - 6) and Upper School (grades 7 - 9). In addition to these teaching responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be a student advisor, will coach multiple seasons, and will work as a part of the residential life faculty. Candidates should have a strong interest in living on-campus in school provided housing.

  • AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (PART-TIME) PK-4

    Postitions are available for staff in our Lower School After School Program Monday - Friday between 3:00 and 5:15 pm.

    Qualifications:
    • A relaxed and nurturing attitude towards children
    • Flexible and fun, but comfortable setting boundaries
    • You must like to be on a rug, step on lego pieces, listen to stories, resolve conflicts, encourage organizational skills and independence, play a mean game of kickball, and build snow forts with the best of them

  • Art Camp Assistant Instructor

    The Art Camp Assistant will collaborate with the Art Camp Instructor to design and implement art projects, and supervise free-play for children ages 5-10. The ideal candidate will be at least 16 years old and have experience taking care of young children.
  • Kindergarten - Grade 2 Nature Camp Assistant Instructor

    The Nature Camp Assistant will collaborate with the Nature Camp Instructor to design and implement nature-related activities, games, and crafts geared to children ages 5-7 The ideal candidate will be at least 16 years old and have experience taking care of young children.
  • Pre-K Nature Camp Assistant Instructor

    The Nature Camp Assistant will collaborate with the Nature Camp Instructor to design and implement nature-related activities, games, and crafts geared to children ages 3-4. The ideal candidate will be at least 16 years old and have experience taking care of young children.
  • Pre-K Nature Camp Instructor

    The Nature Camp Instructor will design and implement nature-related activities, games, and crafts geared to children ages 3-4. The Nature Camp Instructor will provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in his or her care. The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and creative, and will have an understanding of the social and emotional needs of three- and four-year-olds. Experience as a classroom teacher or daycare provider is required.
