The Indian Mountain School is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time position as the Associate Director for Alumni and Constituent Relations. The Associate Director for Alumni and Constituent Relations will be responsible for the planning and implementation of initiatives that facilitate continued engagement with and support of Indian Mountain School. S/he will develop and oversee a comprehensive program designed to enhance loyalty, dedication, and support for IMS by providing meaningful opportunities for volunteerism; service; and events and programs for alumni, students, current and past parents, prospects, and donors. The Associate Director of Alumni and Constituent Relations will foster student philanthropy, student engagement, and student-alumni connections.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of related experience in alumni affairs, advancement, and/or communications, proficiency in database management, ability to travel and a strong written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on articulating the vision, mission, and goals of the School. A bachelor’s degree is required.
