Parents

Welcome Parents!  Please login to access your child's class pages, assignments and school calendars.

Please join us for Fall Parents Weekend, October 19-21. You may register for your Parent-Teacher Conferences on School Forms Online, beginning September 8.

Parents Association

The IMS Parents Association (PA) exists to foster a sense of community and help parents be involved with the school. All parents of current IMS students are members of the Parents Association. There are several ways parents may become involved with the school. Many of these opportunities are initiated and organized by the Parents Association and the IMS Development Office.

GRADE REPRESENTATIVES
Parents from each grade are selected to function as liaisons between their respective class, the school, and the parent body. The role of the parent grade representative is to support the IMS community by contacting parents by grade level and recruiting volunteers to support specific IMS and PA events.

PARENTS ASSOCIATION FUNDRAISING
The PA sponsors and supports fundraising activities and welcomes involvement of all parents.

LIBRARIES
Volunteers are welcome in the IMS libraries. An Adopt-A-Book program occurs at various times during the year. This program gives parents and grandparents an opportunity to expand our library collections by purchasing books in a child's or teacher's name.
Volunteering at IMS

The parent body of IMS has a tradition of volunteering that lends invaluable support to the school. Below are several ways you can help IMS with your involvement:

Attend monthly Parents Association meetings
Join the IMS Benefit Committee
Become a Grade Representative
Become a Library Volunteer
Assist with our Fall or Winter Fest
Join the 8th and 9th grade formal committee

To volunteer, or for more information, please contact Kelly Baxter Spitz, Director of Advancement by phone at (860) 435-0871 x155 or by email.
