A former student of Indian Mountain School, Cate returned to IMS in the fall of 2024 and now serves as the Pre-K Assistant in the Early Childhood Center (ECC), a dorm parent, and a teacher in the Afterschool Program. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from Endicott College in Beverly, MA, with a concentration in Early Childhood Education.

A Salisbury native, Ms. Sinclair grew up at a nearby boarding school, giving her a unique perspective and familiarity with boarding school life.

This past summer, Cate and her family moved onto the IMS campus, where they live in Haddon House with their puppy, Roxie. Outside the classroom, Ms. Sinclair enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and trying new foods.
