Arts
The arts program at IMS affords our students a diverse set of opportunities, all taught by world-class faculty.
With access to modern campus spaces including recording studios, private practice facilities, art studios, and even an art gallery, our student artists have everything they need to bring their creative visions to life.
Performing
Plays, musicals, improv comedy, rock bands, jazz bands, orchestras, one-on-one instruction. We have it all. Our faculty have performed on stages across the world, from Broadway to Sao Paulo, trained at Juilliard and Berklee, and are passionate about working with the next generation. From the classically trained musician with their sights set high to a budding actor finding their voice on the stage, our program has something for every level.
Studio
With courses ranging from advanced open studio to 3D printing and design, our studio arts program gives both new and advanced artists the opportunities they need to plan, design, and create. Our students are guided by a faculty of professional artists, working through a variety of mediums in both regularly scheduled studio time and elective courses. With access to both local and national competitions, artists at IMS are given the opportunity to flex their creative muscles beyond the confines of campus. Many of our artists expand upon the training they receive at IMS, finding success at high school, college, and beyond.
