A graduate of Fairfield University, Ahmad began his career in admissions at The Loomis Chaffee School, where he helped shape vibrant domestic and international classes throughout his tenure. With over thirteen years of experience, a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, and ongoing doctoral studies in Educational Leadership, Ahmad remains deeply dedicated to helping students thrive across all areas of Indian Mountain School. In addition to his role as Director of Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, Ahmad serves as a Dorm Head, Varsity Boys Basketball Coach, and the Admissions Office’s Inclusive Enrollment Strategist.
