On Wednesday, November 5, 2014, the Indian Mountain School Cross Country Team hosted Rumsey Hall, Berkshire School, and Dutchess Day School in the last meet of the 2014 season. Jack Gottsegen placed first overall in a time of 12:55, a mile pace of 5:52 over the 2.2 mile hilly course. Jack shattered the previous course record, which he recorded earlier this season, by 22 seconds. He finished 29 seconds ahead of the second place runner. Other runners, such as Nikolaus Huber and Ryudo Hachiya, also achieved personal records on the day. All Falcon runners ran exceptionally well and finished the season by defeating Berkshire and Dutchess Day School, while losing to Rumsey.
