This past Wednesday the IMS varsity boys lacrosse team traveled up to Berkshire to play their thirds team. It was a wet and cold afternoon, but the Falcons stayed focused and worked hard against the bigger more mature team. IMS lost 8-3, but played well throughout the game. Falcon athletes played their best offensive game, and the defense also withstood many offensive assaults by the Bears.

Spencer and Daniel played very well in goal and each made a number of huge stops. Indian Mountain’s goals were scored by Duncan, Joey, and Aidan. Chris and John also played well on defense while Jake and Ben continue to be valuable all over the field.

The varsity boys are looking forward to their tournament at the Fay School this weekend. This will be the fifth year the team has made the trip to Boston to play the other junior schools of New England.

Good luck Falcons!
