IMS varsity baseball faced a seasoned Salisbury team which included a number of IMS alumni.  Starting on the mound for Salisbury was IMS alumnus Wills who retired the first six Indian Mountain batters with six strikeouts.  He also hit a double and a triple off of IMS pitchers.  Another IMS alumnus, Nate, also scored two Salisbury runs.

With strong pitching by Henry in the first two innings, IMS found themselves close at the heels of the older Salisbury team.  At the bottom of the third inning, the score was 4-2.  The first batter was retired by Max in a routine play at shortstop.  This was followed by two errors at third base, which would extend the inning and lead to eight more Salisbury runs.  Colin pitched in relief of Henry.  In his first outing of the year, he closed the third inning.

At the plate, IMS scored two runs in the top of the third.  They loaded the bases due to errors and walks, and scored two runs due to solid baserunning.  Luke led the Falcons with a strong base hit to centerfield.
