The Bears used fantastic teamwork and the outstanding individual performance of Dawson to earn another victory over Rumsey on Wednseday.  IMS coaches found the game to be the most rewarding experience the team has enjoyed this season as each player contributed posiitively.

There were many excellent individual performers as well.  Dawson played center midfielder and scored both IMS goals.  Chance and Avery also had great runs on goal.  In the first half, Zach and Turner worked together on defense as a solid barrier against the Rumsey attack.  Their efforts were mirrored by Henry and Olivia in the second half, as they took over responsibilities in goal and at stopper respectively.  Meanwhile, Sawyer and Eli played great in the midfield throughout the game to win numerous fifty-fifty balls and transition the ball fluidly from defense to offense.

Following the game, IMS coaches called the Falcon effort “awesome!”  The team looks forward to their next game, which they will play against Washington Motessori School next Wednesday.
