The IMS Varsity Boys lacrosse team beat Trinity Pawling on Wednesday for their first victory of the season. The final score was 6-3. The IMS team played very well and employed the skills that they had practiced this season. The boys committed no “push from behind” infractions during the game, moved the ball around unselfishly and looked for open teammates, and the defense did not over commit.

IMS goals were scored by Duncan, Baron, Aidan, William, and Ben. Spencer and Daniel did very well in goal and the entire Falcon defensive and mid-field corps played extremely disciplined and supportive defense.

The team was pleased to earn their first win, and they hope to ride the momentum from the victory into their game on Friday against Hotchkiss.
