Young Alumni Sunday Supper
The evening kicked off with a conversation and Q&A in the Qianxun Performing Arts Center. On stage were Shane Lischin ‘23, Minnie Li ‘23, Miles Leung ‘22, Rosie Muzurietta ‘24, and Paisley Pecchia ‘23. Head of School Lisa Sun led the discussion, and the alumni panelists reflected on their years at IMS, their favorite memories, secondary school, and everything in between. Their candid insights were inspiring for our current students in the audience.
After the Q&A, everyone shared a delicious dinner in our Dining Commons — a beautiful new community space many of our returning alumni had never seen before. The conversations ranged from favorite campus meals and classic IMS traditions to new campus spaces —and, of course, navigating homework. It was a wonderful way for current students to connect with alumni in a casual setting.
At the end of the evening, alumni gathered in the HarvEst Hub for ice cream sundaes, photo booth fun, and a lot of reminiscing. Lisa Sun said, “Watching you reconnect and share your excitement with one another underscores the special bond you all carry as part of the IMS community. It is inspiring to see how these friendships endure long after you leave the Mountain.”
Our first Young Alumni Sunday Supper was a success and we were thrilled to see our recent graduates celebrate the Maroon and Gray spirit. We look forward to many more opportunities for our alumni to stay connected.
