Lauren is a licensed mental health counselor with her M.S. from Long Island University in Brooklyn. In the span of her career, she has worked in a wide range of clinical settings and with diverse populations. These include facilitating therapy in a private practice, residential treatment centers for children, substance use, and coordinating a sexual abuse prevention program. After 8 years of living in New York City, Lauren has settled down in Falls Village, CT, with her husband and two young daughters.
