    Indian Mountain School is seeking a full-time Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to begin in the 2019 – 2020 academic year. Primarily reporting to the Head of School, the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will be an important leader in the community. Acting as a resource and partner, the director will work individually and collectively with students, administrators, faculty, and staff to nurture and strengthen an inclusive school culture that reflects the values and mission of IMS.  
    An associate's or bachelor's degree is required and a minimum of two years of related experience is preferred. This is a part-time administrative position and the balance of duties will involve classroom teaching, coaching, and residential life duties, etc., as is appropriate for full-time status and experience.

    Indian Mountain School is seeking a per diem Athletic Trainer for the spring term. This candidate will report directly to the Athletic Director and will provide Athletic Trainer support for the athletics department. This person also works with school nurses and medical professionals on the student support team to monitor concussion protocols and overall student health.

    • Current BOC certification and State of Connecticut licensure or eligible to obtain
    • Must have demonstrated knowledge of sports medicine standards of care, ability to apply NATA & BOC code of ethics to care

    • Excellent organizational skills required
    • CPR/AED certification required; Instructor status preferred
    Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.

    IMS is looking to hire a part time driver to transport students to and from the Millbrook, NY area in the morning and back in the evenings.  The position requires a CT class "V" endorsement or a NY CDL- C license with a Passenger Endorsement and proof of continued 19-A compliance.

    Indian Mountain School is seeking a qualified candidate for a full time position as a Generalist in the Maintenance Department. Under the direction of the Director of Buildings and Grounds the Generalist is responsible to maintain school buildings and grounds in top condition to ensure full and productive use of campus facilities.     IIndian Mountain School seeks part time RN nurses during day-time hours Monday-Saturday for the school year, as well as be available to be called to fill in on an "as needed basis" due to absences on the nursing staff.
    Ideal candidates should possess strong patient care assessment, critical thinking, communication and computer skills and function as a team member. A CT Licensure is required. School health experience optimal, but not essential.
