Our ropes course is a fixture in the experience of every student at Indian Mountain, but it also plays a significant role in orienting new faculty within the IMS community. In their first week on campus, our new faculty made the trek up the mountain with our administrative team to tackle the high and low ropes courses.

Any time a student or faculty member participates in our Outdoor Adventure and Education program, they are engaging in an activity that promotes stress relief, team building, problem solving, and personal development. Whether working to strengthen the bonds of our faculty, or helping a group of new students “break the ice,” the benefits of using this incredible facility are countless. This group faced down challenges requiring problem solving and lots of personal courage. You can bet that this crew is excited and ready to start the year!
