On Saturday, the Falcon varsity boys lacrosse team headed to Washington to play Rumsey. The game started poorly for IMS and the Maroon and Grey found themselves down 7-2 at the end of the first half.  The team pulled things together toward the end of the second quarter and began to play better on both the defensive and offensive ends of the field. The boys kept working hard and came back to close the score at 10- 7 by the time the game ended. While IMS did not win, the Falcons played the best they had all year and ended the game feeling good about their offense for the first time this season.

A few standout players were Duncan and Aidan on attack.  Other great performances came from Essan, William, Andrew, Barron, Ben and Jake. Daniel and Spencer played really well in goal and kept IMS in the game.

The team hope that all their hard work and effort in practice and games will pay off and give them an opportunity to earn a win column in one of the upcoming games.
