Cavan Brady grew up in Sheffield, MA, where he developed a love for sports and the outdoors. He studied psychology and played baseball at Wheaton College in Norton, MA. Recently, he completed his M.Ed in School Counseling at Merrimack College. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, fishing and playing sports. He is excited to join the Indian Mountain community and is looking forward to sharing his love of movement and passion for building healthy habits with students.
