Lisa started her career at Northfield Mount Hermon School as a member of the Arts Department. After a decade at NMH, she entered the admissions world as an Admissions Officer at Sonoma Academy in Santa Rosa, CA where she gained enrollment experience and a new perspective on the secondary school admissions process. Most recently, Lisa enjoyed living on a small island in The Bahamas where she served many different roles at the Cape Eleuthera Island School. As a faculty member for the Island School Semester Program, she expanded partnerships with the marine research program at the Cape Eleuthera Institute and visiting artists. As Assistant Principal of the local Deep Creek Middle School, she applied her background in admissions to help guide local families through the application process to U.S. boarding schools. Lisa and her husband, Leigh, science teacher and Director of Sustainability and Stewardship at the Millbrook School, live on the Millbrook campus with their two children, Forrest (Millbrook Class of 2023) and Ingrid (IMS Class of 2023).
