The Bears enjoyed the taste of victory after winning their opening game against Berkshire Country Day School on Wednesday.  Excited by excellent play from Izzy on the defensive end, the Bears worked together to overcome the strong BCD offensive pressure and record the victory on the road.

There were several notable performances by IMS athletes.  Dawson scored both the Bears goals after moving the ball forward from the midfeld, while fellow midfielders Sawyer and Kat helped to secure 50-50 balls an maintaining consistent ball movement.  Meanwhile, Henry and Spencer combined their efforts as goaltenders to nearly shut out the oposing team.

The Bears will play their next game at home against Rumsey on Friday, October 1.
