Will earned a hat trick and Max single handedly cleared the ball at least 10 times in the varsity boys lacrosse game against Trinity Pawling on Wednesday, yet the IMS defense was unable to secure the victory.  Indian Mountain coaches estimated the team controlled the ball 75 percent of the game, but luck did not seem to be on the Falcons’ side as multiple shots went wide of the net.  Dan had an amazing save in a one-on-one situation five feet from the goal and generally did a nice job guarding the net, but the IMS attack was not precise enough to capitalize on chances to win the game.  The team will work more on shooting in the days to come.

The varsity boys lacrosse team plays their next game on Friday, May 13, at home against Hotchkiss.
