Members of the Diversity Committee and Mandarin classes went to the Lower Campus to help the students celebrate Chinese New Year on February 15. The older students taught lessons about Chinese traditions and The Year of the Tiger, helped the students do chinese crafts of tiger puppets and fan painting, and shared an egg roll and fortune cookie snack. The younger students always enjoy spending time with the “big kids” on the Upper Campus, and the older students can practice their teaching skills while enjoying all the hugs that go with teaching young children.
