Students and faculty of IMS turned out in blue jeans and pink shirts on Friday, October 8, 2010 to show support for the 15th

Annual, National Lee Denim Day for Breast Cancer Awareness.  As a result of the overwhelming support from the IMS community, a donation totaling $780.00 was raised (a record at IMS) to contribute to the national total of an estimated $4-$5 million.

Members of the Upper and Lower Campuses helped spread awareness of this event, working to help Lee National Denim Day to become one of the largest single day fundraisers for breast cancer. Students and faculty alike enjoyed expressing their support, with students going so far as to wear pink wigs.

Thank you to everyone who wore their denim and supported the campaign this year!
