The JV Basketball team dropped their second game of the season to a tenacious squad from Rudolph Steiner by a score of 22-16.  The Falcons were plagued with turnovers all afternoon, while the pressure applied by Steiner’s half-court trap proved to be too much for the boys from IMS to overcome.  Despite the loss, the Falcons did have their share of shining moments and strong play.  Chris N. anchored the offensive push, handling the point guard position with style and ability.  He continually drew double and triple teams but still managed to get through the Steiner front line to create plays.  Also providing offensive punch was Henry, Andrew, David, and Christian, who always seems to be in the right place at the right time.  Once again, the Falcons defense kept the game close, thanks to strong play from Dimitrios, Sam, Ken, and Ben.  The Falcons showed signs of improvement, and they look forward to taking on Rumsey on Friday the 15th.
