The junior varsity hockey players stepped onto the ice for what was for many of the IMS skaters their first ever competitive hockey game.  The matchup proved to be excellent, and both teams fought back and forth throughout the match.  Unfortunately, IMS could not capitalize on shot attempts, while Renbrook was albe to strike the back of the IMS net with three separate pucks.  Kay played well in goal, keeping many other shots out of the net and allowing her teammates to maintain their intensity.

It was a great experience for the young players, and one the coaches hope to build upon as the season progresses.
