The Bobcats played their best soccer of the season on Wednesday, demonstrating the type of teamwork and tenacity that Coaches Bliss and Clayton have been encouraging each practice.  Nate scored the first IMS goal of the contest at the end of the first half to give the Bobcats a 1-0 lead over Washington Montessori.  The team scored twice more in the second half on goals from Matt and Kesi.  Matt’s goal was a long and high shot that hit the top of the net, while Kesi scored following skilled ball movement on a powerful kick close to the goal.  Wyatt and Nate played very well in goal throughout the game, making multiple stops, and the defense did a fine job containing the Washington Montessori offense.  It was a great win and a fun game.
